It is harder to justify if you want the cheapest, most durable gym leggings. Alo prices sit in the same premium tier as Lululemon, often a little higher on fashion pieces. You are paying for design, the studio-to-street styling and a brand with a loyal following, not for a clear performance edge over cheaper options.
What Alo does best
Alo's strengths are style and softness. The Airbrush and Airlift lines are the best known, with a sleek, slightly shiny finish that owners often say looks dressier than typical gym wear. A secondary source (That Fit Friend) lists Alo at XXS–XL; we could not confirm that on alo.com today, so check the size chart on the product you want. That is narrower than some competitors, so if you wear above an XL see Athleta or Fabletics, which publish broader ranges.
